Excellent weather resistance and anti-aging performance
Polyester powder coating inherently possesses excellent UV resistance and weatherability. After undergoing artificial accelerated aging for 800 hours, its gloss retention rate can still be ≥90%. It is suitable for coil products such as buildings and home appliances that are exposed to the outdoors for extended periods, effectively preventing coating powdering and fading.

As a solvent-free coating, polyester powder coating has VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions close to zero, aligning with national environmental protection policies and the "dual carbon" goals. Rapid curing, compatible with high-speed production lines
Addressing the pain points of fast speed and short curing time in coil coating lines, the new polyester resin has achieved rapid curing at 250°C within 60-90 seconds, balancing coating leveling and mechanical properties to meet the needs of industrial continuous production.
Excellent mechanical properties and processing adaptability
The coating possesses high impact strength (≥50), excellent flexibility (bending test ≤2mm), and strong adhesion (100%). It is resistant to cracking or detachment during subsequent processes such as rolling, bending, and stamping, significantly reducing processing losses.
High decorativeness and diversified appearance
The coating film boasts high gloss, excellent leveling, and a light and adjustable color. It can achieve various effects such as matte, medium gloss, and high gloss, meeting the high aesthetic requirements of architecture, home appliances, and other industries.
High production efficiency and resource utilization rate
The powder is recyclable, with a theoretical powder yield of up to 9-13 square meters per kilogram (film thickness 50μm), significantly improving material utilization and reducing overall costs.
